Measurement solutions for quality assurance

Our measurement solutions for quality assurance are already active during construction and give you the green light before prototypes are sent into series production. In addition to approval processes, our quality management includes continuous checks of the production staff and regular random checks. Additionally coordinated reference samples, reserve production samples and structured documentation supplement our quality assurance concept.

With our renowned testing equipment (ZEISS 3D coordinate measuring machine, profile projector, color assessment booth, etc.), we carry out precise measurements of component samples, color results and verification of production results.

ISO – Certified

Our quality management is certified according to the international standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 for the “development and production of technical and decorative plastic parts with assembly and tool construction”. Regular monitoring and certification audits ensure the maintenance and continuous optimization of quality management.
